As a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist, I can support you to make gradual and lasting change to your diet and lifestyle, helping you to live well.

Whether you want to undertake a dietary MOT, or feel you need a more in depth nutrition programme to help manage a long term health condition, I can provide the right level of guidance you need. I offer supportive and personalised consultations online via Zoom, or in person in Winchester and Wellow (near Romsey) in Hampshire.

Following a detailed review of your health history, diet and lifestyle, I will support you make small and realistic changes to your diet and lifestyle. My recommendations are rooted in science and I will consider your preferences, your circumstances and even where you do your weekly shop

My approach

I wholeheartedly believe that good nutrition should be an achievable option for everyone.

 

I will take time understand how you live, helping you implement changes to your diet gradually, providing a range of resources such as menu plans, recipes and explanations to develop your understanding of the importance of nutrition to your health.

Given my many years' experience working with children and young adults, I can help improve children's nutrition to address their health concerns, particularly allergies, neurodiversity and mental health conditions.
